Vicki’s fascination with human behavior has driven her extensive humanitarian volunteer work with organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Camp of Southeastern Michigan, Royal Family Kids Camp, A Mission of Hope and Hope 4 Families. Her travels across all 50 United States and numerous countries have enriched her cultural and culinary appreciation. Originally from Metropolitan Detroit, Vicki lived in Chicago for 30 years and now resides near Cleveland, Ohio, where she delights in creating memorable experiences for her guests.
